Mammà Restaurant | Capri

Changing post-pandemic needs such as preferring open spaces and appropriate spacing were the basis of the design approach.
The presence of the rooftop terrace lent itself well to this purpose, and the enhancement of it and the introduction of floral elements were of great help for the purposes of the project.
In fact, the green barriers give the tables greater physical and acoustic distancing.

The naturalistic elements inherent in the soul of the island, perceptible through this open space are replicated in the location in a modern key, here the shades of blues and greens typical of the island enhance the tones of the wooden bosierie and the enamels used as table tops.
Furnishings inspired by the designs of the great masters of design lend internationality to the facility, ensuring empathy for customers from all over.
Crossing the entrance/cashier area, one enters the hall where one is greeted by a multifunctional circular wooden element that houses a banana tree in the center.

This element in addition to housing functions such as service office, DJ console and snack top with stools has the key task of summarizing the marriage of natural and built.
The element allows for the fractionation of space by disguising the oblong base layout.
On opposite sides of the location, the two sofa groups lend dynamicity to the seating.

Particular care and attention was paid to the lighting study in order to emphasize the color shades used and differentiate the different corners in the location.
The use of mirrored surfaces gives the spaces new perspectives and greater depth of field.

The facility accommodates 73 seats.
