The structure, overlooking the sea with a view of the Gulf of Bacoli, has four levels and is designed for the organisation of events.
The basic design idea is halfway between a farmhouse and a private Roman residence, evoking the typical emblems of the Mediterranean, where natural stone floors blend with contemporary furnishing elements.
The intention is to create an architectural space where a timeless classicism is evinced.
The ground floor is used for events, the first floor houses 5 suites and the first floor has a fine dining restaurant.
